Job summary

Fence NZ Group Limited is seeking a permanent full-time Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities across Auckland region. The role guarantees at least 30 hours per week with workdays from Monday to Sunday, and offers a pay rate of $35.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates have 2 years+ site experience or NZ Level 4 qualification. You will supervise site operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with the director to deliver

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ work experience in construction/site work, or NZ Level 4 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist director in planning and organizing site activities from end to end.
• Manage all site activities and workers to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret plans, regulations and codes of practice to workers to adhere to H&S requirements.
• Oversee all construction elements to deliver quality on time and within budget.
• Plan schedules for trades, workforce and materials for each project.
• Coordinate with team and clients to meet negotiated timeframes and specifications.
