Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead architect role.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Proven ability to design winning solutions for complex client needs and proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership and people management experience with global teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and tooling to create innovative solution architectures.
• Familiarity with standard Solution Architecture methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect end‑to‑end SAP solutions with a focus on S/4HANA across industries.
• Design comprehensive solution approaches including technical architecture, cost models and staffing.
• Drive solutioning for complex proposals and bids with clear value messaging.
• Facilitate transitions from solution design to mobilization and stabilization.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure alignment, quality and successful implementation.
• Innovate using emerging technologies, automation and AI to improve delivery and solution quality.
• Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the SAP community.
