Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead architect role.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Proven ability to design winning solutions for complex client needs and proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership and people management experience with global teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and tooling to create innovative solution architectures.
• Familiarity with standard Solution Architecture methodologies and frameworks.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven expertise as a Senior SAP Solution Architect, with 15+ years of SAP experience and at least 5 years in a lead architect capacity.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, and experience in leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering winning solutions for complex client needs and proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership and people management experience, particularly with global and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and tooling to create innovative and efficient solution architectures.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in general Solution Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
