Job summary

Generate KiwiSaver Scheme in Auckland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that support our members and advisers and translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Working closely with the Salesforce team and stakeholders, you will mentor developers, improve development standards, and maximize the value of our Salesforce platform while driving CI/CD adoption in a fast-paced Agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including solution design and architecture.
• Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes in complex Salesforce environments.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions and architectures.

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing long-term solutions.

• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Staying up to date with Salesforce innovations and recommending improvements to our platform.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team.

In this role, you will take a leading role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business and enhance the experience for our members and advisers. Working closely with the Salesforce team and key stakeholders across the business, you will translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while ensuring best practices across our Salesforce ecosystem.

You’ll also play an important role in mentoring team members, improving development standards, and helping maximise the value of our Salesforce platform.

• Advanced certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
• Exposure to AWS technologies or modern integration platforms
