Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks an experienced Risk Reporting Manager to lead data-driven risk reporting, analysis, and escalation. You will collect risk information, monitor emerging risks, and deliver executive-ready reports to enhance risk governance across the organisation.

The role requires 8–10 years in risk management, with healthcare sector exposure and CA or postgraduate qualifications.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of risk management experience, including risk reporting.
• CA qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in risk management.
• Healthcare-sector risk management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies, and KRIs.
• Ability to prepare executive-level risk reports for leadership.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, governance understanding and integrity.
• Familiarity with risk governance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and compliance of risk policies and frameworks.
• Develop and improve risk reporting processes for timely, accurate reporting.
• Collect and analyse risk data from regional teams to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligned with risk appetite.
• Collaborate with risk owners to validate information and support mitigation.
• Prepare evidence-based risk reports for senior leadership and executives.
• Support audits by providing risk documentation and reporting.
• Provide guidance on risk reporting processes and maturity improvements.
• Ensure escalation and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
