Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Risk Reporting Manager in New Zealand to lead data-driven risk reporting. You will collect, analyse and report on risk information, monitor emerging risks, and drive improvements in risk governance across the organisation.

You will develop KRIs, support audits, and ensure compliance with health and governance requirements while collaborating with risk owners and executives.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Governance or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of risk management experience including risk reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies and reporting techniques.
• Experience collecting, analysing risk data and developing KRIs.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level risk reports and communicate complex information.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management across large organisations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of risk governance, audits, regulatory compliance, and healthcare risk a plus.
• CA qualification and/or postgraduate risk qualification welcomed.
• 3–5 years healthcare sector experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and compliance with the National Risk Policy and Framework.
• Develop and continually improve risk reporting processes for timely, accurate reporting.
• Collect and analyse risk data from regional teams to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and monitor KRIs aligned with risk appetite and tolerance.
• Collaborate with risk owners to validate information and support mitigations.
• Prepare evidence-based risk reports and insights for senior leadership.
• Support audits by providing risk documentation and reporting.
• Provide guidance and training on risk reporting processes and governance.
• Ensure escalation and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
