Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in New Zealand seeks an experienced Risk Reporting Manager to lead the development, management and delivery of data-driven risk reporting. You will collect and analyse risk data, monitor risks, and deliver timely reports to support executive decisions while improving reporting processes and overall risk governance.

Formación

• 8–10 years of risk management experience with risk reporting focus.
• Healthcare sector risk management experience is desirable.
• CA qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies, reporting practices, and techniques.
• Ability to develop KRIs and deliver executive-level risk reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee implementation and compliance with National Risk Policy and Framework.
• Develop and improve risk reporting processes for timely organisational reporting.
• Collect and analyse risk data from regional teams to identify emerging risks.
• Develop and monitor KRIs aligned with risk appetite and tolerance.
• Collaborate with risk owners to validate information and support mitigation.
• Prepare evidence-based risk reports for senior leadership.
• Support audits by providing risk documentation and reporting.
• Provide guidance on risk reporting processes and risk maturity.
• Ensure risk escalation, regulatory compliance, and governance alignment.
