Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to lead our Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementations, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, ensure delivery within scope, mentor junior staff, and expand our footprint with existing clients while contributing to playbooks and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Experience with technology platforms and complex business processes, with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions from kick-off to go-live.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations, time capture, project financials and utilization.
• Mobilize the right team resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Translate client goals into clear solution designs and plans for governance, risk and compliance outcomes.
• Own RAID management and drive mitigation plans, supporting pre/post-sales activities.
• Facilitate client workshops and training to enable adoption.
• Own project communications and stakeholder management with transparent status updates.
• Monitor health diagnostics and drive corrective actions for drift in scope, timeline, or budget.
• Coach Senior Specialists and identify opportunities to expand product footprint.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
