Job summary

Diligent is seeking Advisory Specialists I (Risk & Audit) to join our Professional Services team. You will deliver solutions across the customer journey, collaborating with PS, CS and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.

As a subject matter expert in Diligent’s GRC solutions, you’ll build domain and product know-how, guide data-driven implementations, and lead end-to-end delivery while maintaining a strong client focus and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of consulting or related client-facing experience
• Customer-first mindset with urgency, excellence and accountability
• Good understanding of GRC disciplines or willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver Professional Services across the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle
• Assist PS management, CS and other stakeholders in customer lifecycle stages
• Apply domain and product expertise to advise on best practices for rollout and project execution
• Develop domain and product expertise to guide customers through implementation
• Lead end-to-end implementation independently when appropriate
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and data handling
• Configure and implement our product using Diligent methodology
• Provide guidance on best practices and usage of our products
• Ensure a good customer experience during the implementation journey
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of contracted services
