Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to lead delivery for Governance, Risk and Compliance SaaS implementations. You’ll drive adoption, onboard clients, and shape engagements that deliver measurable value while aligning with our Services Strategy.

Hybrid work model with office presence often required. Based in New Zealand or nearby regions, you’ll mentor teams, manage client workshops, and partner with commercial teams to grow our footprint across

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in project management or delivery roles with a strong outcome focus.
• Experience with technology platforms and complex business processes.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations, time, scope and budgets.
• Mobilize teams and resources to meet delivery targets and value realisation.
• Own RAID logs and drive mitigation plans across projects.
• Facilitate client workshops, training and stakeholder communications.
