With at least five years in retail sales—preferably high-end interiors and furniture—you will manage stock, deliver personalised service, and contribute to a supportive team environment that helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail sales experience, preferably with high-end interiors/furniture.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team of 3+ direct reports.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Motivating a close-knit team of people who bond over homewares and furniture.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in-store.
