Job summary
Oceania's Elderslea Lodge in Wellington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide full-scope nursing care within a nurse-led service. This fixed-term role runs through December 2027 in a supportive team, delivering comprehensive care and building trusted relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience using clinical systems.
- InterRAI experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexible to work rostered shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily care needs of residents while supporting others.
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions.
- Make critical decisions regarding resident care with autonomy.
- Build relationships with residents, families, and community allied health professionals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff.
