Job summary
Les Mills is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – React Native to join our B2B Engineering team. You’ll design, build, and evolve mobile apps that empower fitness professionals and enthusiasts worldwide, collaborating with product managers, designers, backend and automation engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
You’ll own key features, participate in technical decisions, and uphold engineering standards, testing, and CI/CD.
Qualifications
- React Native for iOS and Android with strong commercial experience.
- TypeScript, React Navigation and React Native ecosystem expertise.
- REST and GraphQL API integration and app state management.
- Experience with native modules and mobile app release processes.
- Software engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve mobile applications for LES MILLS B2B.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend and automation engineers.
- Deliver high-quality experiences and contribute to technical decisions and standards.
