Job summary

Enterprise Limited in Wellington is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team. You will partner with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to keep projects financially well managed and positioned for successful delivery.

You will work on a variety of commercial, refurbishment and seismic strengthening projects with a trusted contractor and supportive leadership. Site-based role with solid career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand construction.
• Experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Sound knowledge of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910.
• Well-developed commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore and estimating exposure would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Procure and administer subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, payment schedules and variations.
• Produce monthly PCG and commercial reporting.
• Support contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution.
