Qualifications

• Experience across contractor QS and PQS roles.
• Strong cost estimating and planning experience with software.
• 7–10 years project experience.
• Knowledge of NZS3910 construction contracts.
• Excellent relationship management and communication.
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Responsibilities

• Cover all aspects of quantity surveying from estimating to reporting.
• Price major infrastructure projects and manage them to budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and engineering consultants.
• Support stakeholders through construction stages to delivery.
