Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
• Ability to lead teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with diverse clients.
• Full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QS team with estimating, pricing and tendering for projects across sectors.
• Oversee project timelines and cost management from pre-construction to completion.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication.
• Maintain project documentation, controls and progress reports.
• Mentor and motivate the QS and estimating team.
