    Web applications
    REST APIs
Mobile applications on iOS and Android
  • Validate new features and defect fixes throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Execute release regression testing and support QA sign-off to ensure product stability and business readiness.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the regression test suite to ensure appropriate coverage of critical business workflows, new features, and identified risk areas.
  • Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, severity, and impact assessment.
  • Participate in defect triage, test planning, release readiness discussions, and quality reporting.
  • Support test data preparation and validation of test environments.
  • Investigate test failures and unexpected system behaviour, working collaboratively with development teams to help identify root causes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality.
  • Support and contribute to automated testing where appropriate, including Web, API, and Mobile automation.
  • Collaborate with automation-focused QA team members to identify suitable scenarios for automation and maintain effective regression coverage.
