Stantec is seeking a Project Management Lead / Principal Project Manager to join our Water team in New Zealand, with flexibility on South Island offices including Christchurch. You will lead delivery of 3 Waters infrastructure projects, manage a delivery portfolio and coach project teams.

You will work with the Commercial Lead on proposals, client relationships, and delivery outcomes, combining financial acumen with leadership to drive project success.

• Overseeing a delivery portfolio and instilling commercial acumen
• Preparing and reviewing commercial proposals / client relationships
• Coaching project delivery teams
• Accountable to the Commercial Lead for the delivery outcomes of the portfolio (internal & externally)
• Individual management of portfolio of strategic projects
