Job summary

Capstone Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-million construction projects across residential, commercial, civic facilities and large industrial parks. You’ll deliver hands-on project delivery within a consultancy, partnering with top NZ developers and authorities.

You’ll bring 6–8 years of experience, a solid NZ contract understanding, and strong relationship management. Hybrid working options are available in Auckland or Hamilton.

• Diverse background in construction project management within a consultancy.
• 6–8 years of project experience up to $30 million+.
• Solid understanding of contracts such as NZS3910.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering.
