Job summary

HEB Construction, backed by VINCI Construction, seeks Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers and Site Engineers for Hawke’s Bay infrastructure projects across civil and structural works.

You’ll bring a Bachelor of Engineering and CPEng registration, lead multidisciplinary teams, and oversee planning, delivery, cost and risk management while mentoring others in a safety‑driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer or Site Engineer within civil or structural construction.
• Strong technical capability across project planning, delivery, and execution.
• Proven experience working with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of programme, cost, quality, and risk management.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
