Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a high‑calibre leader to oversee a portfolio of technically demanding projects in New Zealand. You will work with clients, consultants, contractors and the leadership team to ensure successful outcomes, combining project leadership with client management and commercial oversight to drive growth.

The role involves leading deliveries across feasibility, design, procurement and construction, mentoring project teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management leadership within NZ consultancies and/or contractor delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex vertical construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to delivery.
• Act as senior client representative and trusted advisor.
• Provide strategic direction across programmes, cost, procurement and delivery.
• Mentor and lead project managers and wider teams.
• Manage consultant, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide technical and commercial oversight of project delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and drive growth initiatives for the organisation.
