Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with CPEng registration or international equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Engineer or similar in structural/civil engineering.
• Proven capability in project planning, execution and delivery.
• Ability to lead by influence, mentor others and contribute to team culture.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to align on scope and schedule.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, cost control, and programme management throughout projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and foster a collaborative culture.
