Job summary
Datacom in Auckland is seeking a Programme Director to be the sole accountable leader for a complex, high‑value enterprise programme. You will own the programme end‑to‑end, set the vision, drive delivery, and report directly to senior leaders, shaping decisions and delivering sustained value across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in Programme Management within diverse IT service environments.
- 10+ years leading complex programmes across multi-vendor environments.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual delivery governance skills.
Responsibilities
- Set goals for programmes aligned to organisational objectives and create roadmaps.
- Lead programme planning, structuring, and delivery governance for quality outcomes.
- Manage complex multi-platform technical delivery environments with senior stakeholders.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to meet contractual and commercial targets.
- Facilitate organisational change management to achieve business benefits.
- Mentor Programme Managers to deliver cross-workstream success.
- Drive stakeholder communications and decision-making with clear metrics.
