Job summary

FleetoDesk Solutions is seeking an experienced UX Designer to deeply understand product areas, research user impact, and deliver high-quality UX artifacts. You will create flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address real user problems and communicate findings across design and product teams.

The role emphasizes staying current with mobile trends, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and delivering polished design deliverables that ship with the product.

Qualifications

• Showcase a portfolio with end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years in interactive and/or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Aware of mobile trends in communications and collaboration.
• Ability to create highly polished design prototypes and mockups.
• Able to scope, estimate efforts, and prioritize tasks independently.
• History of shipping products through design work.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the technology and features of your product area.
• Provide human and business impact insights for products.
• Create deliverables (analyses, flows, wireframes, mockups) solving real user problems.
• Communicate UX results clearly within the product area and cross-functional teams.
