Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a 3-month contract to craft exceptional digital experiences across desktop and mobile. You will collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering and Research teams, applying human-centered design and AI-powered tools to accelerate iteration and documentation.

You’ll contribute to design systems, partner with cross-functional teams and help shape engaging product experiences for a broad customer community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in digital or product design, ideally within SaaS.
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
• Experience creating user flows, prototypes and intuitive digital experiences.
• A good understanding of user-centred design, usability and accessibility.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI-powered design tools.
• Understanding of modern design systems and component-based design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A curious, proactive mindset and passion for continuously improving the user experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and product design experience.

Responsibilities

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our client on a 3 month contract, helping create exceptional digital experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with UX, Product, Engineering and Research teams to turn user needs and business requirements into simple, intuitive and engaging product experiences. A key part of the role is using AI-powered tools to accelerate design, research and iteration. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with tools such as Figma AI, Claude and Gemini while applying strong human-centred design principles.

What You’ll Be Involved In
