Job summary

Tower is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive remediation pricing within our remediation programme. You will design, build, and automate pricing and analytical models to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while guiding remediation outcomes.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead pricing analyses, mentor teammates, and ensure solutions are well-governed and compliant. A strong SQL background, Snowflake experience, and proficiency in R or Python are essential.

Your impact:

This role sits at the heart of Tower's remediation programme, helping to turn complex challenges into meaningful customer outcomes. You'll use your analytical expertise to identify impacts, support remediation solutions, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen trust in our products, processes, and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the subject matter expert on remediation pricing, using your technical expertise to solve complex challenges and guide remediation outcomes.
• Design, build, and automate pricing and analytical models that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across remediation initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide remediation projects, partnering with stakeholders to identify impacts, manage risks, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, peer reviews, and ensuring remediation solutions are robust, well-governed, and compliant with regulatory expectations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Be comfortable in writing, troubleshooting and testing sophisticated code with a strong focus on accuracy
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data platforms like Snowflake
• Well versed in R (or Python)
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in leading analytical workstreams or providing technical leadership
• A minimum of 3-4 years in a remediation or general insurance pricing role
• Desired: Tertiary qualification in either Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics
