Job summary

Partly in Auckland is seeking a Principal or Staff PM for Infrastructure APIs to lead the development of AI infrastructure for the automotive parts industry.

You will own the product lifecycle, from API governance to developer experience. The role involves defining product vision, maintaining partner relations, and building a reliable developer ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in API product management and a strong analytical instinct.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning developer‑facing API products.
• Practical experience building or scaling a developer ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of developer experience as a product discipline.
• 5+ years owning platform or infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead go-to-market alignment for API releases.
• Maintain contact with integration partners and developers.
• Prototype API experiences using AI‑assisted development.
