Job summary

Safe365 is seeking a Senior Platform & Systems Engineer toOwn and evolve the Azure-based infrastructure, DevOps pipelines and platform security. You’ll work closely with the CTO and开发 team to ensure resilience, uptime and security for a growing SaaS platform.

The role involves hands-on engineering, architecture influence and the opportunity to shape the platform roadmap, while mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, identity and security.
• Experience supporting production SaaS platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with monitoring, observability and operational tooling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain documentation.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO27001 or SOC2 would be highly desirable.

We're looking for a full-time contractor to join our team. This is a contractor position requiring full-time availability, offering the opportunity to work closely with our team on an ongoing basis.

As our Senior Platform & Systems Engineer, you'll be the technical owner of the infrastructure that powers Safe365. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform security, release management and operational engineering, ensuring our platform remains secure, resilient and highly available for customers. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you'll have the autonomy to improve how we build, deploy and operate our technology while working closely with our CTO and development team. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, managing and improving our Azure cloud environment
