The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in New Zealand seeks a Senior Advisor, People to act as a seasoned HR generalist across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders, provide expert employment relations advice, and support organisational change to strengthen capability and performance.

You will mentor Advisors, lead HR projects, and collaborate with the wider People and Capability team to deliver integrated, best-practice people solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience partnering with leaders in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to managers.
• Proven experience leading ER matters and organisational change.
