About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and ethical Senior Penetration Tester to join their fully remote security team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for simulating cyber-attacks on our client's systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. You will employ a wide range of offensive security techniques to uncover weaknesses before malicious actors can exploit them. This remote-first position requires a deep understanding of hacking methodologies, exploit development, and vulnerability assessment tools. You will work independently and collaboratively with other security professionals to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment. Proven experience with various penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark). Strong understanding of common web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and network protocols. Experience in exploit development, reverse engineering, or malware analysis is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think like an attacker. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional reports. Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, GPEN, or GWAPT are highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment. Experience with cloud penetration testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
