You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, oversee transaction processing, mitigate fraud risk, and deliver insightful business reports in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations, financial services, or banking with PCI-DSS knowledge.
• Ability to analyse payment data, identify trends and anomalies, and provide insights.
• Experience in process documentation, testing, training, and supporting users.
• Strong relationship management and confident presenting to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking.
