NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking a Senior Payment Analyst in Palmerston North to analyse, optimise, and report on complex payment processes and digital services. You will help manage the $1.5 billion+ annual online payments operation, ensuring security and alignment with enterprise strategies.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement new payment solutions, while monitoring performance, fraud risk, and reporting insights for business decisions.

Formación

• Experience in payment operations, financial services, or banking with knowledge of PCI-DSS and card scheme rules.
• Ability to analyse payment data, identify trends and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Experience in process documentation, solution testing, training, and supporting users.
