Partnering with business leaders and the People team, you'll lead the design, implementation and embedding of the AA’s leadership framework to support consistent people leadership across the organisation, while also contributing to broader OD programmes that strengthen culture, engagement, talent development and organisational effectiveness. This is an opportunity to influence how leaders grow and succeed, while delivering practical OD solutions that help create a high-performing, future-ready workforce.About You | MōuYou’re an experienced OD professional who combines strong organisational development expertise with a passion for leadership development. You'll have a track record of designing and embedding leadership frameworks, capability programmes and people initiatives that drive meaningful behavioural and organisational change. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, you'll be a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with leaders, influence stakeholders and turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
