Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is assisting a client in Wellington to recruit a Senior Occupational Therapist for a permanent role. You will apply clinical expertise, lead rehabilitation programs, and mentor junior clinicians within a multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver evidence-based practice, conduct thorough assessments, develop individualised plans, and build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting ongoing education and professional development in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of post-registration occupational therapy experience.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills across a range of client presentations and settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Full Driver Licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.
• Undertake thorough clinical assessments and create individualised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client.
• Work alongside clients to support their progress towards meaningful goals.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, client-centred care.
• Provide mentoring, clinical input, and support junior clinicians.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders
