Job summary

Habit Health in New Zealand seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Petone or Wellington CBD. You will lead pain management and concussion rehabilitation services and work with ACC-funded clients.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalised rehabilitation plans while mentoring junior clinicians and collaborating with our team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with NZ APC.
• Minimum 3+ years of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience in pain management and concussion rehabilitation.
• Solid understanding of ACC rehabilitation contracts and client-centred practice.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.

About you

• Registered Occupational Therapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Minimum 3+ years' Occupational Therapy experience
• Previous experience in pain management and concussion rehabilitation is essential
• Strong understanding of ACC rehabilitation contracts and client-centred practice
• Excellent clinical reasoning, report writing, and communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
