Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a client in Malta to hire a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer. The role involves leading development, mentoring teams, and collaborating across stakeholders while working in a hybrid model and providing relocation support.

The position accepts candidates with strong OOP, algorithms, and database experience. The candidate will work on frontend React.js and backend .NET platforms, enjoy a base salary plus benefits in Euros, and benefit from visa and relocation

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6–8 years hands-on experience in the IT sector.
• Proficient with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in relational databases.
• Experience with full-stack development using React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Capable of taking initiative and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers in daily duties.
• Mentor and assist other developers; delegate where appropriate.
• Coach and motivate team members to reduce attrition and drive engagement.
• Take part in cross-team collaboration to implement new ideas.
• Develop programming guidelines and ensure adoption across teams.
• Maintain standards, processes, and quality measures; focus on customer-oriented outcomes.
• Communicate progress and align with stakeholders and roadmaps.
• Lead code quality efforts through reviews and testable code.
