Qualifications

• Experienced backend engineer with intermediate or senior level.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy and Azure Pipelines.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Agile, automated testing.
• Familiar with AI-assisted code development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build core services, libraries, and tooling powering product squads.
• Design and evolve robust, secure, high-performing platform components.
• Collaborate with squad, architecture, and product groups to ensure quality.
• Champion engineering quality with well-tested, maintainable code.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and promote AI usage best practices.
