Watercare is seeking a Senior Modeller – Water Networks in Auckland to lead hydraulic modelling for the city’s water networks. You will support planning, development, operations and capital delivery with modelling outputs and actionable insights.

The role requires strong technical capability, over 10 years of experience, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant water networks hydraulic modelling experience.
• Proficiency in InfoWorks WS Pro and knowledge of network analysis tools.

You’ll undertake modelling and analysis that supports network planning, growth, development and major infrastructure investment, helping us understand network performance, identify constraints and determine the right solutions for the future.Working across planning, development, operations and capital delivery, you’ll use hydraulic models to provide clear technical insights that support important infrastructure and servicing decisions.
