Job summary

PHD Aotearoa is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, shape media responses and deliver high-quality work across campaigns from brand through to performance. You’ll work with an Associate Business Director and a talented team across Client Service, Investment, Digital Planning and Media.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of media experience.
• Strong offline media planning and buying experience.
• Understanding of digital media and collaboration with digital specialists.
• Experience building client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with media tools such as Pegasus, CMI, GWI and AdIntel.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to client challenges.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day client relationship across your portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, agency partners and media suppliers.
• Lead media planning and implementation across offline channels.
• Collaborate with digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Develop accurate, insightful media plans, schedules and presentations.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within client businesses and provide proactive recommendations.
• Work with agency partners and suppliers to deliver great work.
• Contribute to strategic thinking, creative sessions and campaign development.
• Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables with ownership.
• Support and coach junior team members.
• Contribute to new business, award-winning work and wider PHD initiatives.
