Job summary

Farmers, one of New Zealand's most recognised brands, is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to join the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead brand and retail marketing across TV, catalogue, social media, in-store activation and visual merchandising.

As part of the James Pascoe Group, you'll steward a 64-person marketing operation, align ambition with merchandise and consumer behavior, and drive commercial focus across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• An experienced marketing executive who has led a large marketing team within retail, FMCG or another significant consumer-facing organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to connect brand ambition with commercial priorities.
• Experience across traditional and digital channels, with a strong consumer insight focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and retail marketing, creative, production, TV, catalogue, social media, in-store activation and visual merchandising.
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team through four senior direct reports and 64 people.
• Align marketing activity with merchandise, stores and customer behaviour to drive commercial performance.
• Build trust across a long-standing business and deliver consistent, business-focused marketing outcomes.
