Job summary

Fisher Funds Auckland is seeking a Senior Manager Software Engineering to lead software development and testing teams, guiding architectural direction, engineering standards, cloud platforms, and delivery practices across digital channels.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership, work within the Digital Technology leadership team, and coach engineers to build high-performing teams while advancing engineering capability and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading digital, technical, or product-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and architecture.
• Experience delivering cloud-native solutions within AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
