Job summary

Fisher Funds in Auckland is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Technology team. You’ll administer and optimise Microsoft 365, AWS, endpoint, and workplace technology to deliver secure, reliable experiences across the organisation.

You’ll automate processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the Modern Workplace roadmap, platform upgrades, and security controls. This role supports colleagues working anywhere and emphasizes collaboration, continual improvement,

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity services.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint management.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls within Microsoft 365.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365, AWS, endpoint, and workplace technology environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring our people have the tools and support they need to work effectively anywhere.
