You bring energy, curiosity, and innovative thinking to how programmes are improved over time and are motivated by delivering tangible, measurable results. Experience working directly with financial institutions, merchants, or loyalty platforms is highly valued.
Role Summary The Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Management is responsible for driving growth and continuous optimisation of issuer card linked offer (CLO) and loyalty programmes across AUNZPI.
This role owns programme cadence and performance rhythm with clients, ensuring programmes evolve through regular optimisation cycles to improve activation, engagement, repeat behaviour, and delivered value. Partnering closely with Client Account Executives and Implementation / Sales Engineers, the Senior Manager shapes programme roadmaps, prioritises enhancements, and drives progress against agreed growth objectives.
Sitting between strategic direction and execution, the role combines client leadership, performance insight, and delivery discipline to ensure programmes deliver sustained outcomes over time.
