Qualifications

• Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer behaviour.
• Proven ability to drive programme optimisation and growth in client-facing roles.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capability.

• Own the performance and growth of issuer CLO and merchant loyalty programmes.
• Drive structured optimisation cycles focused on improving activation, engagement, repeat usage, and value delivery.
• Translate programme performance insights into clear recommendations and actions.
