Job summary

Datacom is hiring a Senior Solution Specialist to partner with customers across New Zealand. You will design, build and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot and AI adoption, to improve collaboration and information management.

You will lead workshops, translate business needs into actionable designs, and deliver governance, security and performance improvements in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a consultant in an ICT professional services environment.
• Extensive knowledge designing, building and deploying solutions using M365 Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including designing and leading customer workshops.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead with co-design principles to consult, advise and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality customer presentations, demos and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, docs and reports.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments and related tools.
• Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps/Automate).
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Advise on Copilot adoption, governance, and information protection.
