Covenant Living is seeking a Line Cook to accurately prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods for residents in a Senior Living environment. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain sanitation, and ensure quality in all meals and special events.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and supporting dietary needs with attention to allergy considerations and documentation. Experience in healthcare dining is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Servsafe training beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods with quick turnaround.
• Follows recipes and portions for high quality dishes.
• Maintains sanitary work areas and complies with safety regulations.
• Reads orders and prepares food for residents in care environment.
• Attends allergy and food safety trainings and applies standards.
