Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately eight or more years post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in general litigation.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality litigation and dispute resolution services to a diverse client base.
• Manage files from early stage to resolution, undertake legal research, prepare pleadings and court documents, manage discovery.
• Lead matters, appear in courts and tribunals, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the litigation team.
