• Proven experience as a Legal Executive, estates focus.

• Sound understanding of estate administration and related law.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset to manage complex matters.
• New Zealand based work experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Legal Executive with strong estate experience.

About the Role

As our Senior Legal Executive specialising in estates, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through often complex and highly personal matters with confidence, care, and expertise.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and managing wills, and enduring powers of attorney.
• Administering estates, including probate applications and asset distributions.
• Providing practical, tailored advice on estate process and planning.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate legal documentation while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and their families, supporting them through important life decisions and transitions.

About You

You're a skilled Legal Executive who combines technical expertise with excellent people skills.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Legal Executive, focussed on estates.
• Exceptional client relationship skills and a compassionate, professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A sound understanding of estate administration, processes and estate related law.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• New Zealand based work experience
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, with strong estate experience.

• A current practising certificate and/or Legal Executive qualification.
