Job summary

Momentum Clinical Research is seeking a Senior/Lead Study Coordinator to join our Takapuna team in Auckland on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. You will assist in overseeing the study coordinator and CTA team and coordinate day-to-day site operations to support successful trial delivery.

You will manage participant bookings, serve as a key contact for participants and sponsors, and contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a study coordination role within a clinical trial environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of the study coordinator and CTA team.

• Ensure the site has appropriate levels of consumables, office supplies, and resources.
• Manage participant bookings and scheduling activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for participants, clinical staff, sponsors, CROs, auditors, and external suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure awarded studies are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Answer and manage incoming telephone enquiries and correspondence.
• Support communication between site teams and key stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative processes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and participant experience.
