Qualifications

• Senior Intelligence Analyst with capability to manage multi-workstream demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication for concise reports and briefings.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues and collaborate across agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce insights addressing harm within NZ adult gangs, identifying trends for prevention.
• Demonstrate strong communication for high-quality reports and briefings to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to propose effective solutions for the intended audience.
• Collaborate on group analyses and project work to support decision-makers.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues and juniors.
• Manage competing priorities to maintain quality of work.
